My FAVORITE MONTH IS FINALLY HERE!!! I "Love" this month of L O V E!! Tonight I made Ralph his favorite peanut butter cookies but with a twist....Took away the typical hersey kiss and replaced it with a Cute Heart!! Perfect for Valentines
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter (creamy) 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1 egg 1 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt
and a bag of Dove Chocolate Hearts
Plus some sugar for rolling
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together first 5 ingredients; then add remaining flour and mix until you form a sticky dough. Roll into small balls and roll around in sugar.... place onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until just golden brown. Place Dove Heart in center of each cookie, while they are still hot.
